About the Developer
Construction as a form of precision.
Velvet Green is developed and built by JAMENA, a firm with 50+ years of experience delivering high-end residential projects across Spain.
Their philosophy is rooted in a simple principle: quality construction is not defined by excess, but by judgement, technical mastery and long-term vision.
“We imagined a place where the transition between nature and home becomes almost imperceptible. Where terraces open onto a landscape shaped over centuries, and every space feels connected to the land around it. Velvet Green is our interpretation of Mediterranean living at its most natural, refined and timeless.”
